Soft Set Honey

Our local honey is a beautifully natural product, made by our bees right here in the local area. It’s perfect for drizzling on toast, stirring into tea, or adding a touch of sweetness to your favourite recipes.

We have taken some of our Spring honey crop which was quite a set honey (oil seed rape) and ground down the sugar crystals to create this soft set honey with an almost fudge like smooth texture that melts in your mouth.

We just like to remind customers that, as with all honey, it isn’t suitable for babies under 12 months old. This is due to a very small risk of infant botulism, as little ones’ digestive systems are still developing.

After their first birthday, children can safely enjoy honey, making it a lovely, natural treat for the whole family.
